I’m a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling - Provisional (MPCC-Provisional) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association.
I help people navigate the challenges and transitions of life with a client-centred, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
My approach to counselling is integrative and inspired by a variety of therapeutic modalities, including: Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Parts Work. These approaches give us flexibility to find what resonates most for you.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent nearly a decade as a Registered Massage Therapist in BC. That experience taught me how closely our mental, emotional, and physical health are connected - and how important it is to treat the whole person. I’ve supported clients not only with their health goals, but also in self-advocating within healthcare systems, accessing resources, and finding the right support at the right time.
Some areas I work with include:
-
Men’s mental health
-
Chronic pain
-
Anxiety and depression
-
Life transitions
-
Stress and burnout
-
Grief and loss
-
Relationship challenges
-
Self-esteem and identity
-
Suicidal ideation
-
Sex or porn addiction
-
Financial trauma
If you’re feeling ready to take the next step, I’d be glad to walk alongside you. I believe meaningful change happens in the context of a safe, supportive relationship, and my commitment is to meet you where you are, move at your pace, and support you in building resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self so you can navigate life with greater confidence and ease.
